This is a fantastic studio apartment that my partner and I are moving out of. We are looking for somebody to either sublease for 2-3 months, or ideally sign a 12 month lease with the building. If you sign a 12 month lease, we are offering a discount to $4,000 net rent and pay you the $3,000 difference upfront!!

We are not looking for roommates but for somebody to take over the apartment. The building is directly above Domino Park in Williamsburg, and the apartment is on the 42nd floor with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Brooklyn.
