Austin's room

A little about the house: Ranch style home in a quiet neighborhood. 3 bed 1 bathroom. I have a decently large yard that is partially fenced in. There is also a large park with ocean access within walking distance. Large basement and comfortable living room and kitchen spaces. The driveway can fit 8 cars so parking is not an issue. It’s about 5-10 minutes away from I-95 depending on traffic. I occupy one of the bedrooms, but the other 2 are open.

I’m a 31 year old man originally from RI and I bought the house in February of 2021. I work an office job that’s usually 8-5 with some work that’s done outside of business hours. I like to go out a couple times a week to meet new people. I also really like the outdoors, (Hiking, Kayaking, etc). I have a big puppy that loves people, but has a lot of energy. He’s just under a year old. Due to that fact, I’m not looking for people that would bring animals unless they are tank/cage contained, but I could make an exception for another playful and friendly dog. I am trying to find a couple of people to rent the 2 open bedrooms in my home (Warwick). Until recently I had friends renting the rooms, but they have had to move for work. I don’t really care about the gender of new housemates, I’m just trying to find people around my age (25-35 yo) with similar interests and lifestyles.
