37th Street

The apartment is a wonderful 3 bed 2 bath in Astoria, 5 minute walk from the R, N, and W stops. It is also <1 minute from multiple grocery stores. The building is very nice, with a rooftop lounge and gym facility in the basement. We have a pretty large kitchen and furnished living area as well. The room itself gets lots of natural light, big enough to fit a desk and queen bed.

The two of us (Zack and Alex) are friends from college who both work remotely as computer programmers. We are clean and on the quieter side and looking to fill the third room because our mutual friend is moving cross-country for work.
