The house is located in an amazing area of La Jolla with everything you need within walking distance. Multiple beaches, The Comedy Store and La Jolla cove are a short walk from the house!

Includes on site laundry, water, & trash. Street parking is easy to find.

I currently rent 2 rooms for a total of $1,138 per month. I use one room as an office and it’s the perfect set up for working from home. They both have long windows and amazing natural light. The dimensions of each room is 6 feet 8 inches wide X 12 feet 5 inches long. I easily fit a Queen bed in the bedroom and still have plenty of space.

There are 3 other female roomates in the home as well as 2 friendly cats. Roomies ages are 24-29. You would share a bathroom with one of the current roommates. Everyone is super friendly and outgoing, usually up for anything outside or in a social setting.
