About the room
We have a 3B2.5B townhome in Newport Beach, it’s right off the 73 and University (Newport North Apartment Homes) it’s a renovated unit so it has light colored counters with stainless steal appliances, electric stove, and washer dryer in unit. - We do have pets! An 8 yr old golden retriever named Skye and I have my two boys (black cats) very much a pet lover household :). No behavioral problems they’re really passive, just very food driven😂
You and I would be sharing a bathroom and the half bath is downstairs! On the floor plan, “Bedroom 2” is the one available for rent. Utilities ranges from $60-90!
About the roomies
My roommate and I are good friends and working professionals (M-F) in our mid 20’s! We would love to be friends with our new roomate too since we do dinner/movie/hot tub nights throughout the work week😇
