Joel's room

There are 3 spare bedrooms that you can use if needed with a full bath that are at the opposite end of the home from mine. We would share the kitchen, and living area but it’s spacious. Utilities and internet are included with the rent.

I mostly keep to myself and work full time through the week. I dont drink at home or party. I prefer to relax with my time off. I’m typically playing video games, watching movies, or reading. I’m respectful and considerate of others. I’m new to the area. I moved here in the fall for work. Bonus points if you can motivate me to use the gym equipment I have lying around the house.
