SINGLE BEDROOM Available in 3bd 1.5 Bath Home. Available June 1st! The bedroom will be unfurnished. This is one of two available bedrooms which is why I have multiple listings!

• The house is in a wonderful, neighborhood surrounded by nature and just a quick walk to Princeton University Campus, shops, and downtown! In search of a fellow young professional or PU student to join in renewing a 12 month lease. Someone interested in just a summer sublet may also be considered.
• The house has a full living room, dining room, kitchen, one full bath, and one half bath. It also has an attic and finished basement with plenty of room for storage. Hardwood floors throughout. In unit and up to date washer/dryer. Central AC/Heat. Modern kitchen appliances and recently renovated bathroom. Includes off street parking and storage for bikes!

You will be living with me, one other housemate (tbd), and my cat Chester. Chester is a snuggly, outgoing, and fluffy lil man :) We have lived here going on two years and have had no major issues with the property/landlords. I’m a freelance animal care provider and I’ve lived in Princeton for many years. I have a busy schedule, but when I’m home I like to watch Survivor with Chester or cook/bake while listening to podcasts. Occasionally have small gatherings with friends, but overall I strive for a chill and comfortable home life.
