I have one room available in 3/2.5 2000 sqft. new build share house in central northeast Austin (51st and Springdale) from 3/24.

Option between massive master bedroom with private bathroom for $1350 or large bedroom that shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with one other person for $1050. Both rooms are large enough for king bed and desk, have a walk in closet and are great for WFH. Rooms do not have shared walls so each room is very private. House has 2 car garage and lawn with a small patio. Price and lease negotiable but ideally looking for 6+ months. Short stays may also be welcome for slightly higher price.
