Victoria's room

I live in a lovely two bedroom 1.5 bath apartment. It is not in a gated community, but it is secluded and quiet. There’s almost always sunshine in the apartment, it has a great view on top of the hill. The surrounding area has plenty of stores and the highway is not even two minutes away, making it easy to get anywhere fairly quickly.

I am a 28-year-old female looking for a new roommate. My current roommate is breaking the lease at the end of this month and I need someone to occupy her place as soon as possible. Her room is the master bedroom with the half bath.

It is a spacious apartment for two, but I’m not looking to add anymore than 2 tenants here. No pets, couples, or single families. Sorry!

I’m in school majoring in Graphic Design and working part time at a luxury salon— which I love! I’m a social person but I do like my own space. I respect people’s boundaries and very thoughtful of others. I would love to be friends with my roommate but I understand differences too :) Peaceful co-habiting is my priority regardless of a friendship!
