This will be a month-to-month lease, but I will give you at least 30 to 60 days’ notice if I need you to vacate, and expect the same from you if you decide to leave. No smoking inside, vaping, or otherwise, you’re free to do so outside. Cleaning of shared space will be split among us. If your car is nicer than mine, you can have the covered parking spot.
