North Lake Boulevard

I’m currently looking for an additional roomate starting May 1st. One room available in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in the Dollar Hill area of Tahoe city. Rent is split across the three rooms and comes to $895 per person plus utilities. Shared amenities in the condo complex include a hot tub, pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse with pool table. Washer and Dryer and some semi-outdoor storage (covered but not heated) available. Walking distance (15 minutes) from the lake. Single parking spot only. Unfortunately no pets. I’ve been a resident of North Tahoe for over 14 years. I work full time, and spend most of my free time skiing and snowboarding in the winter and biking and hiking in the summer. Looking for another chill roomate to add to our place.
