I have one furnished bedroom available to rent in my 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 1,590 square-feet condo. The rent is $975 per month, and the new tenant will share a full bathroom with the one existing tenant, as well as sharing the downstairs bathroom with the household. My home is immediately adjacent to trails and parks, and is conveniently located near the Billings Clinic, 19th Street shopping and amenities, and is a 10-15 minute drive to MSU. The bedroom has a large, walk-in closet, and gets abundant natural light from the south. The bedrooms and the shared full bathroom are upstairs, and the additional shared half bathroom is downstairs near common space in the kitchen/living room/dining room. The upstairs shared bathroom will only be used by the two renters. Washer and dryer are directly outside the bedrooms. Additional storage is available in the kitchen, entry closet, upstairs linen closet, and garage. On and off-street parking is available.

One well-behaved dog (preferably small or medium, experience living with cats, no aggressive breeds) will be considered if compatible with the cat, and with an additional refundable pet deposit. Preferred lease duration at least two months, any longer duration is also great. Visitors and guests welcome. No smoking or vaping. Must like cats. Single occupancy only. Rent includes water, sewer, landscaping, driveway snow removal, trash, recycling, and compost. Utilities to be split equally include electricity/gas and internet. First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and an $800 security deposit will be due at signing. Proof of renters insurance and ability to pass a background check are required. I identify as a bisexual woman, and moved here from Portland Oregon to attend MSU. I purchased the condo with my partner, who is still in Portland, and he will be visiting periodically (every couple months for around 1 week). I enjoy outdoor activities, music, and dancing. I have one cat named Dex who is very social and outgoing. The existing tenant is a woman who just moved here from Denver, works as a nurse, and enjoys skiing. My ideal housemates are mature adults who are clean, responsible, and friendly. I’m hoping to find another housemate who will contribute to a warm and welcoming home atmosphere!
