Hello! I will be in Delaware for the remainder of the year due to a work assignment, so I am subleasing my private master bedroom in Downtown Burbank. My landlord has already approved, but will require a formal rental application to be submitted by the selected occupant. Please be advised that I have 3 cats which will be staying with at the apartment with my cousin while I am away. He will care for them, but just in case you are allergic wanted to put a PSA. You will have your own assigned parking spot in the underground garage at no additional cost. There is a laundry room adjacent to the parking garage as well. We are a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Downtown Burbank where there is tons of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. We are also a 15-minute walk from the local library, and I can even recommend a mechanic and nail salon (if youre into that) that is walking distance from the apartment. No gender preference on the roommate. Open to singles or couples or students. LGBTQ+ friendly. We also have almost every streaming service known to man. Let me know if you have any questions!

My cousin (M24) is an art student at Glendale Community college and currently occupying the second bedroom. He is tidy, respectful, and usually at school or working.
