Monthly rate includes utilities. There is storage space, although keep in mind it is limited. No smoking inside. There is a front porch and more private back patio. Street parking & 2 spaces in the rear. No cats and dogs. Other pets will be subject to approval. The utility costs are baked into the monthly rate.
