Hello!

I am seeking a new roommate to fill an empty room in this 3 bed/2 bath house walking-distance to downtown Livermore and a hop & a skip to wineries, breweries, parks and many wonderful restaurants. Currently (1) adult female occupying the master bedroom and a smaller bedroom as my office. There is also an 8yr old cat here who is indoor/outdoor.

The available room is spacious and bright with a closet that has built in shelving. I installed black-out curtains in the room when I first moved in (2) years ago and you are welcome to keep them up. Private bathroom is just outside the bedroom with a tub-shower.

Full access to fully stocked kitchen and partially furnished living/dining room. (I have most items but would be happy to replace with yours or obtain new furniture) Front yard is gated and a wonderful place to hang out on warmer days. Large backyard is fenced in with a covered patio. Also a nice hang out area with space to garden, BBQ, lounge, etc.

2 Car Garage w/cabinets & ample storage. Washer & dryer in garage. Option to park in garage, in driveway or on the street.

Room is available NOW or by April 1st at the latest. Deposit of $1,500 to be paid on move in date, along with pro-rated or first month’s rent.

An additional pet may be considered, for additional deposit, but it must be compatible with current pet in house.

I have a regular ole 9-5 job that I sometimes go into the office for and sometimes work from home for. I also have a part time ‘fun job’ at a local shop downtown. I have a healthy social life but value my personal time as well. I do day/weekend trips often and have some travel planned over the next year. I am hospitable, considerate, responsible and communicative.

I’m seeking a roommate who values these traits and possesses them themselves as I want this home to be a comfortable place for all occupants.
