Hi! I’m looking to find a responsible person to share my lease in my 3 bedroom apartment. You would get the master bedroom and bathroom. It also has a large walk in closet. The kitchen and living room are shared. We have in unit washer and dryers and all amenities you could ever want including grills, a courtyard, an outdoor pool and gym. Look up The Edison at Spirit to see! Dogs are allowed as long as they get along with cats. You will have to pass a background check and verify income with the property to be approved with me. Good credit and rental history is a must and must make at least $23 an hour for us to have enough combined income.

Im 34, It is me and my 11 year old daughter here. Im a very laid back and understanding person. We mostly keep to ourselves. Our rooms are on the opposite side of the apartment with the kitchen/living room in the middle. I’m a mostly clean and organized person. I have 2 cats and a leopard gecko. I need a roomate because my current roomate is planning on moving out of state in May and I would love to be able to stay here and not go through the stress of moving.
