Great location in downtown Newport, 2 bedroom 1 bath. rent is 825$ each. it is a yearly lease. There is only street parking, it is the second floor apartment and there is no laundry or dishwasher but it is walking distance from the grocery store, kings park and beach.

My current roommate who I actually met on here is going to grad school in Wales and I am looking for someone to resign the lease with in either July or sept (to be confirmed). The apartment is fully furnished - She may leave furniture in her current room or I can remove if needed. I’m super neat and clean and I work full time but I like to go out around Newport on the weekends. I plan on taking grad classes over the summer and next year so having someone on the same wavelength would be ideal.
