Renting out the master bedroom of my town house comes with its own full bathroom also includes a parking spot you also get your own full size fridge. You will basically have the entire upstairs to yourself. The main floor will be a shared living space. We will split utilities. Also Have a small patio outside with some charcoal grilles. There is also a pool and I have another room you can rent as a WFH office if you’d like.

I’m the owner of the house I’m a professional animator that currently wfh. I have my work studio in the basement where I also sleep. I’m clean and very easy going. I enjoy Olympic weightlifting and cooking in my free time. Feel free to ask me any questions thanks!
