Unfurnished Bedroom available in a 2 bedroom unit, it fits a queen bed, desk, dresser, and has a large closet. There is one window in the room, no AC so we use window units. The room has a beautiful brick wall to add to the cute aesthetic! The apartment is on the 5th floor of a walk up, brand new tile/paint in the hallway. The living room and kitchen are furnished but of course can always add personal touches or pieces! Close to both the E,F,6 and NRW,4,5 trains so its easy to commute anywhere. The kitchen has a dishwasher, no laundry but there is wash and fold downstairs or a laundromat down the block. Trader Joes and TJ maxx are only 3 blocks away! Taking over this room will require approval from the landlord (over 700 credit score and 40x the rent) as your name would be added to the lease. There is no broker fee so only first month and security deposit is due upon signing the lease. Lease would be a year commitment starting may 15th but there is flexibility to move in sooner if needed
