Rent for a single room is $900 per month, with a $400 deposit, or $1250 for a shared room with two queen beds (suitable for friends or a couple), with a $400 deposit. Rent includes all utilities and high-speed internet. I am seeking a responsible and courteous tenant, preferably female, who will treat the space with the utmost care and respect.
