Pet friendly, with a $35 pet rent and room on the lease for one more fur baby (current renter has a dog). This home has a modest fenced in backyard, 2 car garage and landscaping service. The neighborhood is 2 miles from I5 access, shopping and restaurants. The current lease ends in July but I’m hoping to renew for another year after that. Application fee is $40.
