About the room
Spacious room on the first floor with a shared bathroom. Bedroom floor remodeled in 2024 to laminate flooring. Less than 2 miles from shopping center (Walmart, Home Depot, Target, etc). Kitchen floor remodeled in 2021. Large backyard with Elizabeth river in great view.
I am renting out 1 downstairs bedrooms in my 3 bedroom house. 900 is the price for 1 downstairs bedroom that shares a bathroom with the other downstairs bedroom, there is another bedroom upstairs for a total of 3 folks (I will be living upstairs). One bedroom is slightly larger than the other (the one listed) and both bedrooms come furnished with a bed and a desk. Utilities are included in rent. I am okay with small animals as long as they are looked after. Carport available for 1 car, but with a long driveway and street parking, can easily fit 3 cars.
About the roomies
One student who is home on the weekends but not home much during weekdays.
