Shanley Drive

Hi I’m Ryan, male, 34 army vet. I rent a quad-level house from the associated church. My one roommate just moved out and I’m looking to replace him. The rent is $360 a month plus split utilities, and about 20 minutes of work at the church a week (vacuuming). This is a larger house with plenty of room located near Maize and Morse road Columbus Ohio. Spectrum highspeed 300 MPS internet is ready to go, and utilities are pretty reasonable (around $200 for everything in the worst of winter). You won’t have to put anything in your name.
