The apartment, and bedroom available faces New York City and has direct access to the upstairs balcony. The apartment features a dishwasher, washer and dryer and a heating/cooling unit in each room. The amenities included with the apartment are a rooftop terrace, access to two rooftop pools, and access to the apartment gym.

The current roommates are professionals between the ages of 29 and 30. We are organized and always keep the apartment very clean. We also have a person who comes to clean the apartment once a month for a small fee that we split. The cost of the room is $1,800/month with a $1,000 security deposit. The new tenant will have to pass credit checks through the building’s management and sign a roommate agreement agreeing to their monthly portion of rent and cleanliness requirements.
