Looking for a roommate, to fill a vacancy. Lease term: 04/07/2024 through 06/30/2025. This home is currently occupied by 3 male, working professionals. You would be taking over the 4th spot.

Individual we are looking for:

• Working professional or university student
• Clean
• Responsible
• Healthy income/credit history
• No cats or dogs (due to allergies)
• No drug use
• Respect for others & their belongings

About the House:

• Fully stocked and furnished 2,200 sqft. house
• Built in 2013 with wood floors and stainless-steel appliances
• Full kitchen access
• Room is 10 x 11 (on the third floor)
• Extra storage available in garage
• Central cooling/heating
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Garage parking included
• Access to community pool, jacuzzi, and cozy sitting area w/ BBQ grills
• Access to business fiber wi-fi internet (1GB per second upload/ 1GB per second download speed)
• Walking distance to Target & restaurants (see google maps photo)
• Utilities are not included. Utilities are $125 flat per month.
