Both of my extra rooms will have new tenants, as they are vacating now. I seek mature individuals, men have always worked best for me, as I find two women in the same household is one too many. I am retired and set in my ways. Men work well 99 % of the time. I require a quiet and calm environment with no drama. I spend my time watching my programs and hanging with my 2 flea and odor free kitties. I run my own errands and am self sufficient..my grandson and I are close and he lives nearby, helping me when I need it.
