Fully furnished and beautiful newly renovated 3/2 home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I have security cameras and an alarm system as well as a garage for storage space. I have 1 dog and 2 cats. No animals are allowed in the guest rooms. I keep the house very clean and quiet therefore I expect the same from all tenants. No house parties allowed. No drugs and no smoking allowed. Owner is a Florida Realtor and healthcare professional and lives in the home. Cookware, utensils and plates/cups all available for use in kitchen. Oven, stove and microwave available in spacious kitchen. Must clean up after yourself after each kitchen and bathroom use.
