It’s good for students and working professionals. No smoking and no drugs. No guest staying.Closer to CSUF, Fullerton college, Chapman university, Marshall B. Ketchum University, Fullerton College, Disneyland, Fullerton Downtown, train station.. Very convenient for commuting to Orange County and LA County in a central location. Only one person in one room.

Living as a family upstairs and out on weekends. Both are working professionals. So prefer someone who are student or working professionals.
