Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease, the application fee for this apartment is $20 according to the leasing office. This is a SHARED MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM, the apartment is shared with two other females that are students. The apartment isn’t just for students tho, anyone is welcomed! I currently share The master bedroom with 1 other female, and my 2nd roommate has her own room. It’s a 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment. Also if you have a car and want a secured parking spot it’s an additional $60, if not you will have to park outside the apartment. Please message me with any questions you have thank you. 😊

Both roomies are female students from UCR, they are pretty good friends who like listening to kpop. One is usually busy doing homework and the other is usually in her room a lot.
