Hi everyone, I am looking for nice, responsible roommate for this newly rented 2 bedroom apartment in West Hollywood. The room is available NOW and looking to fill it in upcoming days. The rent is 1800$, plus 100$ for includes all utilities, internet and tandem parking (street parking easy too), and a move in deposit one rent. The apartment is located in a great apartment building with a nice building manager, on a calm and safe street with enough street parking, walking distance to Ralphs and great restaurants and coffee places, few mins drive from trailheads to Hollywood hills. The apartment has an amazing roof top with a pool, sauna, jacuzzi and barbecue area, overlooking Hollywood Hills and the whole city! There is a well equipped gym in the ground floor too and tandem parking, while street parking is easy too. Your room is a middle size and has a private bathroom and large closet with a mirror. Laundry in the building. At the moment, I am sharing the picture of the unfurnished apartment as it looks now. However, I will furnish the living room and kitchen will get an aesthetic flair within upcoming two days. Your room stays unfurnished so you can style it to your liking or can be furnished 🙂 I am preferably looking for a someone staying long term, while atm, I am fine even with short period. Would be great if you are a person in their late 20 and 30, who has a stable 9 - 5 job out of the house from Monday til Friday as I work from home. But again, my priority now is to fill it in, so can adjust.

You will be sharing the apartment with me: I am a female music business entrepreneur, artist and mentor. I am very social out of the house, love going to art, music and cultural events, and I am a great sport and outdoor enthusiast too. At home, I am mostly focused on work, but love a little evening chat, jump in the pool together, etc. The candidates would have to go through a background check by the property manager and I will provide them roommate contract (you won’t be on the lease, we can month to month).
