The house has been set up as a smart home (no need to get up and turn off the lights, just ask Alexa). Less than a mile from ShopRite, Lowes and Planet Fitness, this section of West Philadelphia is ideal for students, professionals and the like. Quiet and peaceful block with adequate parking.
About the roomies
As for me, I stick to myself but am open to meaningful conversation. I am a general contractor by trade and am generally not home during the day. At best, I am in and out. To date, there is just me and one other person (male) residing at this location. Everyone chips in with cleaning and the like.
