My side of the garage has a full squat rack, bench, bicycle and miscellaneous equipment. More than welcome to use them. Feel free to park on the private street or driveway. There’s also a large shared backyard (no one ever uses it) so feel free to practice your golf game or whatnot. I’m looking for someone who respects common areas and responsible with bills.

Rent is currently 850 per person.. WiFi is being shopped around but currently 115 total. Water is typically $60 every other month Trash is about $30 every other month. Electric is fluctuates but typically between $100-$150

My last roommate did not have make a deposit, so I would only assume you will not either. There is a background check is $75

I’m a banking professional. Love to cook. Typically my weekends are filled with golf or going to my girlfriends. During the week I like to come home, cook, clean, and relax.
