Bedroom 1 measures 13’x14’ with a 3’x4’ closet and a half bathroom that measures 4’x6’ and will likely be turned into a full bath. $1650/month

Bedroom 2 measures 12’x16’ with a 6’x6’ walk-in closet and enclosed balcony. $1800/month

I just bought the condo and am in the master bedroom. I will be renovating, updating, modernizing, and furnishing the condo over time. It won’t happen overnight, but it will be very nice, comfortable, chic, and modern.

The condo is a fantastic space. Big, open floor plan. Very quiet and private. It’s the best location in the whole dc area imo and one of the nicest high-end buildings. Great views on both sides of the condo. It is 2,100 sq ft. with 2 enclosed balconies/greenhouse rooms, 2 central HVAC units, washer/dryer, awesome kitchen, marble entry room, 2 central closets.

It’s a fantastic neighborhood. Easy walk to all the crystal city and pentagon city offices. 1 block to crystal city metro. 1 block to 395 and 110. grocery, restaurants, bars, movie theater, pharmacy, coffee houses are all within 2 blocks. longbridge park is across the street. The area is remarkably calm and quiet for how central it is to everything. The building has an outdoor pool, indoor pool, gym, library, common rooms. There is a commercial rock climbing gym that connects to the building at the mezzanine floor. The building does not allow pets. 24/7 concierge. If you are looking for a party environment, this isn’t it. But of you want a very nice, quiet, comfortable, place, then this is it.

Utilities will be split. Those include fiber optic internet and electric. Should be around $40-$50 per month per person. 12 month lease required. First/last month rent required, as well as a background/credit check.
