Beautiful furnished bedroom with a queen bed for rent. You will have your own shower area to use. The house is in a quiet family orientated community with guard gates. The community has two pools to use, two gyms, basket ball courts as well as tennis courts and a sauna.

I live with my 18 year old son and I’m low key and keep to myself and respectful of privacy. The room is for single person. No sleep overs. I have two French bulldogs but will keep them out of your space. I keep my house clean and need someone to be able to clean up after themselves. If you cook wash dishes and put them back.
