Looking for a roommate to rent my spare rooms. Both rooms included, they are connected by a Jack and Jill closet. Utilities included. Building is a two story house with, gigabit internet, and a fenced-in back yard. Shared downstairs bathroom. Three dogs live here with me but are kept out of these rooms. Located next door to the town library and the mini mart. Asking for a $450 deposit and first months rent at move in.
