Hi there, I’m Dawson, and I’m excited to let you know that there’s a spare bedroom available for rent in the Orchard Mesa area. Our lovely home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is fully furnished (except for the vacant bedroom). You’ll be sharing a detached bathroom with just one other tenant. Recent renovations have given our front and back yards a fresh makeover, and being close to a golf course adds to the appeal. We’re currently in the midst of some upgrades, including installing new windows and adding an attached tool shed to the garage. Our neighborhood is peaceful, and parking is never an issue.

We’re both avid outdoors enthusiasts, often found exploring the great outdoors or navigating the river. Fly fishing is a passion of ours, and we also take pleasure in watching sports. It’s an added bonus having a tenant who happens to be a professional baseball player.
