Hi I’m looking to split $1,500 per month 3 bedroom 1.5 bath with washer dryer and large balcony. on nw side by Leonard and 131. It’s kind of a large apartment. I work days and have a dog who gets walked all the time. heat and water is included, we would split electricity and internet. I’m 38, watch a lot of documentaries, like disc golf, running and electric skateboarding.

it’s just me and my 14 yr old dog named Jake. I am very laid back and have had roommates basically since age 19. No bitter Maga losers. smoking cigarettes on balcony only. I like to be friendly but stay out of others’ business.
