Robert's room

La Verne is a great place to live! I’m north of Baseline, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The room is a garage conversion and measures aprox. 10 × 16 with a nice closet and window. The backyard is gorgeous and a great place to relax! There’s also a nice pool. Not heated but gets warm enough by May/June. Bathroom is shared with a current roommate who has been with me for 3 years. He works nights and sleeps during the day. Washer and dryer in the house. I have a small Chihuahua that is super sweet and very quiet. No heavy alcohol drinkers but cannabis friendly.
