Trina's room

I have two bedrooms I am looking to rent. Private room with a shared restroom and living spaces. The home is furnished but the rooms would require a bed.

I’d prefer a female roommate but open to a responsible and professional individual. The other individual in the home has traditional work hours and we would like someone in the home that is respectful to others varying work hours. Utilities and WiFi are split between the individuals in the home. Washer and dryer included. The home is far east off Joe battle in a quiet neighborhood. Storage unit available in the back yard.

The other individual in the home is a professional in El Paso for work. She is clean, respectful, rarely out & would be in their own room with private restroom.
