The room is furnished and available for immediate occupancy. Rent is $900/month or $225/week. A security deposit of $225 and the first month’s rent (pro-rated) will be due on move in. The room is available for immediate occupancy. Rent includes all utilities.

The apartment is newly remodeled and you will have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom.

You will share the apartment with one male and one female resident, who are employed, clean and responsible.
