Hi. Looking for a flight attendant roommate starting June 1st for a 12 month lease in the Irving Park neighborhood. Preferably a female in their mid/late 20s - early thirties. This is a two bedroom two bath apartment. About a 10-15 walk from the apartment to the Irving park blue line stop or you can catch the 80 bus that’s right across the street that will bring you to the blue line. Rent is a total of 1395 not including utilities. We pay electric, WiFi, and gas. Depending on the season it can be from 100-200. In unit laundry. Non smoking apartment. No pets. You will have the master bedroom that has access to the outside and a bathroom inside the room. If you have a car you will have free parking in a lot at the end of the building but also plenty of free street parking. There’s an application fee of $35.

I’m 28, I fly for SWA and have lived in this unit for 3 years. I’m respectful organized and laid back. I prefer someone who is as well.
