Room for rent is available May 1. This is a 6 month lease and after the 6 months, there is an option to do another 6 months or a year lease. You’d be living with me and my 15lb mini golden doodle. Deposit is $1250 and it is due may 1st along with 1st months rent. Utilities are $60-$80 each (which includes gas, electric, and WiFi). This is a duplex with a garage and 3 assigned parking spots. There’s plenty of storage to share. The home is a 10 min walk from downtown Napa.
I’m very clean and like to keep a clean home. I like to have game nights and gatherings sometimes in the home, but I’m not big on bringing the party home. I’m 31 years old and I am an esthetician. I would like a roommate that is respectful and clean.
