Second floor room with private bath/shower stall. Share the rest of the house, yard & deck. Washer and dryer. Short walk to downtown Newfane, 12 miles from Brattleboro, 5 minutes from Townsend. Dirt roads for nice country strolls in a friendly neighborhood watch area. 4-Wheel Drive Advised. Pets negotiable. There are 2 large dogs and 1 cat currently on the property. The yard is fenced in with electric wire and the chickens sometimes run free. Receive credits monthly for helping around the property and/or with the animals and the yard… There is no house cleaner and there is no plow service - you and I do it as needed. I have a gas snow blower.

I own the property, so you’ll be living with the home owner. I’ve lived in share house situations many times before so I’m open to having others in my home. I’m pretty quiet, watch movies, listen to music & work on the house and property myself, I am a conservative. I prefer natural cleaning products be used in the house.
