Room with queen size bed, walk in closet, central heating and air plus supplemental electric heat in the room. Bathroom with tub is across the hall but is mostly yours alone. Share the rest of the house, yard & deck; gas grill on deck. Washer and dryer. Short walk to downtown Newfane,12 miles from Brattleboro, 5 minutes from Townsend. Dirt roads for nice country strolls in a friendly neighborhood watch area. Pets negotiable. There are 2 large dogs and 2 cats currently on the property. The yard is fenced in with electric wire and the chickens run free. Help yourself to the eggs. Receive credits monthly for helping around the property and/or with the animals and the greenhouse, yard… There is no house cleaner - you and I do it as needed.

I’m 59, I own the property, so you’ll be living with the home owner. I’ve lived in sharehouse situations many times before in my life so I’m open to having others in my home. I’m a local truck driver. I can sometimes be gone for hours, so I really do need someone in the house to help out. Besides it’s nice to have someone around to chat with once in a while, otherwise I’m pretty quiet keep to myself, watch movies, listen to music (sometimes loud) & work on the house and property myself. I prefer organic foods and natural cleaning products, I own guns and the animals come first!
