Super cute/cozy attic room, in a 4 bedroom old house in cap hill! Great location right off of colfax, close to bars, restaurants, and the bluebird. Huge kitchen with skylights and a pretty backyard with a nice fire pit. Two bathrooms, the one upstairs next to the available room has a clawfoot tub - but no shower. The downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub. Such a sweet house and a great deal especially for being in such a great spot in Denver.
