Beautiful 1940s house with plenty of natural light, close to Fairmont Park, freeway entrance, groceries and the restaurants and bars of Sugarhouse. 15 minutes from the base of the Cottonwoods and 30 minutes from Park City. Room has hardwood floors, large windows and a closet. Electricity, gas, water and wifi are all included. In-house laundry and storage for all your skis, mountain bikes and other Utah lifestyle toys. Living room and dining room are furnished. Shared bathroom with one other roommate who is me, the owner. I’m a big skier, rock climber and runner, looking for someone who I can share a beer with, who would enjoy the dinner parties I throw regularly and who is mindful and respectful (and won’t leave dishes in the sink :)

On-street parking. Looking for at least a 6 month lease, but can be flexible. No smoking please. Pets on a case-by-case basis.

I am a working professional, spend most weekends out in the mountains climbing or running, like to hang out with people and do fun things. Respectful and communicative, I like to keep the place clean. I work from home about half the time.
