Pictures Coming Soon! Private, unfurnished master bedroom with private bathroom in a townhouse in Alexandria available from April 1st, 2024. Conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Kingstowne and Manchester Plaza, and just a 10–15 minute drive from Old Town. Shared Washer, Dryer, Kitchen and furnished living room. All utilities included in rent. Street parking is available next to the house. Pets are welcome EXCEPT cats and small dogs. Single occupancy is highly preferred and you are welcome to have company whenever you’d like. We are pretty chill, we are just looking for a roommate that is reasonably quiet, considerate, and clean.

There are two other people living in the house; I am a 32 year old male that stays in the basement and there is a 23 year old woman and a dog that stays in another room on the third floor. We keep to ourselves and are fairly organized. We both work throughout the week and go out occasionally, otherwise we are at home. The kitchen and living room are kept clean and available for you to use, we just ask that you clean after yourself and your company. We are respectful of each other’s space, will be of yours, and want a roommate who will be as well.
