Apartment is 15 minute walk to University of Georgias campus! It is close to South Milledge where you can take relaxing walks or take the UGA bus. Utilities work out to be about 80-100 dollars depending on your usage (wifi, water, gas and electricity). The lease ends July 16th so you must be out by then. The whole place will be unfurnished!
The kitchen has a unique flooring and the whole apartment has great lighting. If you have questions let me know.
I am going away for the summer for an internship and my roommate is leaving Athens for the summer!
