You will be sharing the house with two females, LGBTQIA+. Two large closets for clothes and storage in your room. The kitchen is shared use, you will have your own pantry space and designated fridge space. The House is completely non-smoking, including no e-cigarettes and vaping inside. Drug-Free. Pretty mountain views, nearby to multiple hospitals, schools, walking distance to downtown Waynesville. Blue Ridge Parkway and many outdoor recreational sites. Asheville Regional Airport is only 45 minutes away.

Credit score must be a minimum of 600.
• A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant’s background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
• Applicant must be a non-smoker. -Occupancy is limited to one person. -No pets are permitted.
