I’m renting a guest bedroom on the second floor on behalf of the landlord. It’s a fully furnished bedroom with queen size bed, night stand, computer desk & chair. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with female flight attendant roommate. The second floor offer spacious living room and kitchen, also a balcony.
I’m looking for an individual that is financially reliable, respect roommates privacy, always clean after themselves, quiet, no smoking, no drugs, no pets. You’ll be required to provide ID, paystubs or bank statements. The tenant background check invite will be email to you to complete before signing the lease agreement.
You’ll be sharing the bathroom with a female flight attendant who’s only here 7-10days a month. The other roommates is a high school teacher renting upstairs on the third floor, so you’ll rarely see him. They don’t use the kitchen a lot and always clean after themselves. This is a vacation home for landlord currently.
