The second floor offer spacious living room and kitchen, also a balcony.
I’m looking for individuals that are financially reliable, respect roommates privacy, always clean after themselves, quiet, no smoking, no drugs, NO PETS. You’ll be required to provide ID, paystubs or bank statements. The tenant background check invite will be email to you to complete before signing the lease agreement.
There is female flight attendant occupying the other bedroom on the second floor. She is only there 2-3days a week and don’t use the kitchen a lot. This is a vacation home for landlord currently.
