It’s a single room in a 6 bedroom house, with an adjacent private bathroom on the top floor of a two level house. In-house washer/dryer stack, dishwasher, and a small backyard/garden; two kitchens, living rooms. Water and trash included in price, WiFi and Xcel split between roommates averages 75-90/mo. There is room for another cat, but no other kinds of pets sadly.

There are two of us here currently, Chauntelle and Jesse. Chauntelle works in food service, going to MSU in the fall. She likes to do art, read, watch movies, and play video/nerdy card games. Her cat Olfric is the only pet currently, 3 yrs old with a sweet and playful disposition. Jesse works in construction. He likes reading, horror movies, playing video games and board games.
